Our role is to listen carefully, understand what matters most to you, keep communication clear and turn your ideas into reality.

Our packages follow the RIBA Plan of Work, an industry-standard framework for delivering projects. But let’s be honest…that’s mostly for us architecture geeks! So, we’ve created a more human-friendly version below to give you a clear idea of what to expect when working with us.

Package 01 - Our Design Service

Step 01 - Our Meet & Your Brief

Every great project starts with a conversation.

Our first step is an initial meeting at your home — an informal chat to get to know you, understand how you live, and explore your vision.

We’ll discuss ideas, explore possibilities, and define the scope of your project. Whether you’re looking to transform your current nest or you’re considering buying a new one, we’re here to help you see the potential.

Step 02 - Our Concept Design

This is where ideas take shape.

Using measured survey drawings, we’ll create a series of CAD sketch drawings to bring your brief to life and test different possibilities.

At the end of this step, you’ll have a set of concept drawings that tell the story of your new nest.

Package 02 - Our Planning Service

Step 03 - Our Planning Application

This is where the ideas turn into reality.

With your chosen design agreed with you, we’ll prepare everything needed for a planning application. Here we will draw together all the information to clearly communicate your vision to the local authority.

We’ll guide you through the process, coordinate with consultants, and help you engage positively with neighbours and the planning team.

Package 03 - Our Technical Service

Step 04 - Our Building Control Application

This is where the reality is drawn so the builder knows the basics of what to build

Once planning approval is secured, we’ll gain approval for the planning conditions and prepare the technical drawings needed for Building Control approval (a key step before construction begins).

This package then provides a base set of information a skilled builder needs to price and build your project with confidence.

Package 04 - Our Tender Service

Step 05 - Our Tender Application

This is where the reality is fully detailed and drawn so the builder knows exactly what to build

Once planning conditions and building control are approved, we’ll prepare the full tender set of construction drawings, schedules and schedule of works (a long to do list for the builder).

This package provides a comprehensive set of information (including all suppliers information) for any builder to accurately price and build your project with confidence.
